Welcome to TDWB! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TDWB website and game, provided by Themadpunter Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using TDWB, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the game.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TDWB, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access the game or website.

• Hacking or Exploiting: Engaging in hacking, cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized software to manipulate or interfere with the game. This includes, but is not limited to, bots, hacks, cheats, or any automated tools.
• Modification: Modifying any part of the game, including files, data, or network communications.
• Data Mining: Accessing, extracting, or harvesting data from the game, including user information or gameplay metrics, without explicit permission from Themadpunter Studios.
• Disruptive Behavior: Harassing, abusing, or causing harm to other players, or intentionally disrupting the game experience for others.
• Impersonation: Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and intellectual property associated with TDWB are owned by Themadpunter Studios or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to TDWB at our discretion, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or for any other reason.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TDWB is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the game will be free of bugs, errors, or interruptions. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Themadpunter Studios shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from your use of TDWB.
